I source your options blindly, ensuring that your confidentiality is maintained. This not only keeps you from getting inundated with emails, but also prevents hotels from profiling; each new contract is negotiated from a clean slate. Once I’ve evaluated your best options, I provide guidance on the most suitable venues and how to optimize your overall meeting experience while reducing costs.

Risk Mitigation and Beyond

As a seasoned industry expert, I am well-versed in the nuances and intricacies of risk mitigation on behalf of my clients. But you’ll find I take it a step further. Because of my genuine rapport with contacts throughout the hospitality industry, I am often able to accomplish what others are not. Should last-minute needs arise, cancellations need to be made or any other unexpected issues come up, you’ll find the loyalty and mutual respect I’ve established with hospitality partners seems to make the impossible, possible. What Does This Cost You?

Nothing! I can only think of one situation where three is not a crowd and that’s in the service I offer. As a third party between your organization and the hotels, there is in fact no cost to you, my customer. Simply, with the volume of room nights my affiliate, HPN Global contracts annually, my agreement (and how I get paid) is with the hotels. We are paid a percentage against your total cost for room nights. Will that increase your rate? No. We have a no-rate increase agreement in place with hotels nationally and internationally. At the end of the day, the hotels know they may have never gained your business had I not used my resources to source them as a consideration. I am not only representing you but also ensuring the right hotel is given an opportunity to host you.
